I bought a 8 channel home security camera system with internet DVR and thought I would be able to set it up myself. I was wrong, a little complicated for me. I call Eric, he is knowledgeable, professional, prompt, courteous, through and set it up for me and made it look easy

Where do I start…….I called Eric a week ago to give an estimate to hook up 8 outdoor cameras on my house…..I had an estimate for the job that same day…..the appt time to start the job was 7am……Eric arrived at my house at 645am…..Eric was at my house til 6pm. There was an issue with hooking the cameras to my network…..Eric left and came back at @815pm and stayed til 1030pm…..to find out that the equipment I bought ( hard drive ) was faulty…. Eric is a perfectionist. He took his time to make sure the job was done and done right….my new hard drive arrives this week and Eric will be back at my house to install the new hard drive at no extra cost… I highly recommend Eric for all your camera needs and computer needs….Eric isn’t about just getting the job done but doing the job right…thank you Eric for the great customer service and I will be spreading the word about you and your business

Eric installed a system in out home. He has been extremely responsive since our initial conversation. He proposed detailed solutions and options to meet our needs. The installation process was timely. The installation of cameras, wires and DVR were mindful and organized. He demonstrated how it worked once installed and answered questions. Since installation I have had additional questions. He is been extremely responsive providing answers, guidance and simply checking in to make sure we are satisfied. Eric did an amazing job fixing my Macbook Pro. It got water damage back in 2012 and apple wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it. In 2015 I brought my computer to Eric as a last resort before I sold it for parts and he was able to fix everything and get it back up and running! Amazing service! He talked me thorough each prices when he was working on it and explained exactly what he was doing so it was easy for me to comprehend. He was able to transfer all of my old pictures/information to a disc and from the computer I was using to the newly fix computer. None of my information was lost or ruined and Eric finish everything in a very timely manner. Eric takes great pride in his work. He will not give up until he’s tried everything to find a solution.
